The challenge
Garment factories still run much of the cutting room on paper: handwritten bundle tickets, manual lay calculations and production counts collected at the end of the day. Managers lacked a live view of the floor, and fabric waste was hard to measure.
What we built
Garmentick, a web platform that plans cutting, generates bundle tickets automatically and tracks every bundle through cutting, input, sewing and finishing.
